ONCE UPON A TIME IN EDEN HILL

Do you have someone that you love? I mean, someone that you love with all your strength, that make you fly without wings, someone that means the world to you? If your answer is ‘yes’, then you know how I feel. If you say ‘no’, well... All I can do is wish for you to have this experience one day...

Anyway, I wanna tell the story of how I met my true love.... Of how I met the king of my heart, my bop bop baby, in other words, the love of my life....

Finally me and my friend were going to do the trip of our dream to Sligo, baby. We were looking forward to travel, I mean, we were crazy Westlife fans and we could meet them now! And the best of all, we were going alone! Uhuuuu!! No parents for two months, hehe, just the two of us!

I remember when we arrived at the Sligo’s airport. I told her “, can you pinch me?? Coz I still dont believe that I’m here, maybe I’m dreaming!”
“, if you are dreaming, so am I! Aaaaaaaahh!!!!!”

And we started jumping and hugging each other, it surely was one of the best moments of my life....
So, we called a taxi, and went to the hotel where we were going to spend the best months of our life: The Eden Hill Hotel.

It was a very cosy place, not so expensive, and we’d share a room, so... wonderful, understand?? Imagine you with your best friend, in a lovely place that you always wanted to meet, and you were going to look for for the hottest men in the world! Yeah, that’s how we were feeling....

We were looking forward to meet the city, but it was too late, and gee, we were tired! It’s a long trip from to Ireland.

The next day I woke up with taking the blanket from me.
“Wake up, you lazy girl!! Let’s rock this city!”
“...” I said looking to my mobile “it’s 8 am, let me sleep just a lil’ more...”
“Nooooooo, we didn’t came here to sleep! Stand up now!!” she said laughing.
“You are crazy, haha. I came here to sleep too, of course!”
“But only during the night!”
“Hmm, I’d so like to spend a night woken up with ....” I said with a naughty smile in my face.
“Hahaha, loved that! And I with , of course! NOW WAKE UP!!!!”
“AAAAAAH, OK, OK!! YOU... ANNOYING GIRL!!” I showed her my tongue.
“Oooooh, look I have one too!” and she showed me her tongue.
“ne is better.”
“We all agree that Westlife guys’ tongue are the best, , haha.”
“No, only ’s.”
“’s.”
“’s.”
“’s....”

Fifteen minutes later I was ready to go out.
“Where are we going, ?”
“I dunno, let’s just walk, and try to find a cool place to have breakfast.”

Oh gee, we walked about half hour, and we were so in love with the city! It is very small, as you know, but it’s so beautiful! And it was funny, coz we were hoping to find one of the guys in every corner, haha. Finally we decided for a small café and we could never imagine that our life would completely change from that moment....

“Oh My God! , look there...”
“Oh My God! Is him, , it’s really him!”

We had just seen... yes, Mr. .

“Let’s go there, , look, he is alone!”
“No, !!!”
“What do you mean by ‘no’?? You love him, you talked about him all the trip, and it’s our chance to meet one of the guys, so let’s just go!”
“No, its vacation time, maybe he doesn’t want to be disturbed and....”
“We are not going to disturb him, !! And stop lying to me, that’s not the reason you don’t wanna come closer!”
“All right... I’m kinda of embarrassed.....” she said looking to the floor. “And what if he thinks I’m stupid??”
“How can someone think it about you??? You are wonderful, , pleeeeeeeeeeeeease let’s go there!”

But I didnt have to say anything else. Although he couldn’t listen to us, he could notice he was the topic of our talk. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand, I’ll never forget this moment... The moment we looked at him and he gave a WONDERFUL smile to us, and waved like saying “c’mon aki”. took a deep breath and we went closer to him.

“Hi, I just noticed the two ladies there, and you seem like you aren’t from here, so, may I invite you to take a coffee with me?”
“We’d love to!” I had to answer, coz was speechless. “And you’re right, we aren’t from here. We are from , and we arrived last night. In other words: we are kinda of lost, hehe.”

And what more can I say about that moment? We introduced ourselves, and we three talked a lot (Yees, opened her mouth!!) and we told him that we admired his work, and he was very, but I really mean very, nice to us! And, smart as I am, I noticed he was all over .... Yes, WAS ALL OVER MY FRIEND!! Uhuuuuuu!!! Now, I just had to find boy, hehe. As I though about him, I asked :
“So, are you working a lot? You and the guys....”
“No, it’s vacation time, but we have to rest to get ready for recording our new album, ya know...”
“So, did the guys traveled or are they here like you?”
When I asked that, started laughing. But she was really laughing a lot. asked smiling:
“What’s so funny, ?” (Yes, he was calling her by her nickname!!)
“What she REALLY wanna say is: WHERE THE HELL IS ????”
“Oh, I got it, haha.” he said, starting laughing too.

How was I?? Completely blushed! Completely embarassed!!!

“C’mon , don’t blush, you like him, don’t need to get blush...” was trying to help me.
“Hmm, ok, it’s just, I wasn’t going to say that way, but, yeah, I like him, I can’t deny.”
“Wow, that’s really cute! Listen, I’ll call him, maybe we can have lunch together...”
I looked at him with a puzzled face.
“Yes, ss, he is in town, and he’d love to meet ya!”
But I couldnt say yes... He and had a lot to talk, and I was really wanting them to be together, so I said:
“Oh no, I think it’s better if you and go have lunch together” ( made a very funny face when I said that!)...
“And what are you going to do?” he asked trying to hide that he liked my sugestion.
“Oh, I’ll go back to the hotel and unpack my things, our hotel room is such a mess, hehe.”
“, no, I’ll go back with you and...”
“Oh no, , please don’t leave! I can take you home later, please, I wanna know you better!”
BINGO! There he was, SO ALL OVER HER!
had a disbelief face, like ‘Oh my, did I hear that from ??’, but OF COURSE she said she’d stay.
“Thanks, . , I’ll call and we four can go out tonight to drink something, that’s good for you?”

Was he dumb or just pretending??? Asking if it was good to me to go out with the guy I had dreamnt about since a long time!!

“Yeah, surely. Now I gotta go. See ya later!”
“Bye” they said.

I went back to the hotel and had lunch there. I could imagine how happy was, cause I knew what she felt for was true, she really loved him, and was happy for her.
‘Wow, and this is only our firts day here!’, I thought.

I spent the afternoon unpacking my things and ’s too. And now that doubt: what shall I wear???????

arrived about 6pm and man, what a smile she had!
“Hun, are you on Earth? calling , calling ...”
“No... I’m in beyond! aaa, today was the best day of my life! You have no idea of how wonderful he is! He is just... SO NICE!!! By the way, he’ll be here in 2 hours to pick up us, k?”
“Fine, hun, now tell me what you two did all the afternoon.”
“We went to a nice restaurant, talked, talked, talked, talked, and them we spent the rest of the time walking and talking, talking, talking...”
“Hmm, and how about kissing, kissing, kissing?”
laughed and threw a cushion in me.
“No, we didn’t do that! He’s a nice guy and he wanted to know me better first!”
“All right, and I bet like you were thinking ‘c’mon aki, , come know my ‘inside’ better’!”
Another cushion!

We got ready and on the nick of time arrived. We went to a very nice pub, and it was kind of crowded. Oooooh, I was looking forward to drink Guiness! And wasn’t there yet.

talked with some people, and lead us to a table. And guess what? & were so interested in each other that I was left alone, hehe. Can you imagine my situation?? Today I think it was funny, but there I was mad, hahaha.

Buuuut... yeah buuuuut, I looked at the door, and I saw HE coming... Yep, Mr. . Oh My God, what a gorgeous man! And I was like ‘ooh, he’s walking towards me!’, hmm, it took me a while to remember what happened, that was there, all this stuff, hehe.

Yes, I’ll never forget when I saw him... His hair was kind of wet, he was wearing a leather jacket and his eyes were so sparkling... And his lips, oh yeah, his kissable lips... He was just perfect, more than I imagined he would be.

So, there he was, introduced me and to him, and... well, as he was sooo interested in , the two of them started talking again, hehe. noticed that I was kind of ‘left behind’ before he came, and whispered in my ear, with that voice of an angel from above that he has:
“Hey girl, I came to save you. It seems like you were having a lot of fun, hehe.”
If I was alive after that? Nah, I went to the beyond, but yeah, I came back, haha. He invited me to go to other table with him. (I dunno if and noticed us living, haha).

And we talked about hours... What I can say about him? He was so perfect, and told me some things about his life, his job, and I talked about me... We really had a nice time together that night... I was only praying silently to that time never ends...

I looked to my watch:
“Oh, , it’s almost 2am, I know we are having a wonderful time, but I think its time to go.....”
He smiled weakly and said:
“I wish I could stop the time, just be here with you forever...”
WHAT?? ALL OVER ME?? Nah, he was probably only being nice...

We went back to & ’s table and we could find them.
“Maybe they have already gone” I said.
“Yeah, probably. Gone to where is what I don’t know.”
We both laughed.

When we was leaving the pub, that now was emptier, what did I see?? Hmm, there was and K-I-S-S-I-N-G! But you can’t imagine how cute they were together! It was not only a kiss, they were cuddling each other, and.... aaaaah, they were cute together, that’s everything I can say! I thought ‘you go girl’ and from that moment I knew that they were meant to be together...

laughed and said:
“Ok, now we found to where they went, hehe.”
I laughed too. (By the way, did I tell how he laughing was wonderful?? He was all wonderful!)
“, do you mind taking me home? I think won’t be there that early...”
“No problem, hun, c’mon.” (HE SAID “HUN”, OH MY GOD!!!)

When I entered in his car, he looked at me and kept looking and smiled and asked:
“What?”
He smiled too.
“Nothing... I just wanna ask you with you wanna come to my place...”
“Oh, ...”
“, it’s not what you are thinking, it’s that I’ve never met a girl so… so nice like you and hmm, aaah, maybe we can talk more, ya know...”
I didn’t know what to say! My heart was telling me ‘hey, your stupid girl, say YES, no don’t say, SCREAM!!!’ but my head ‘oh no, it’s your first day in the city, you have just met him, give a time, girl’....

And I listened to my head.
“Oh , I’d love to go, but... hmm, we have just met each other, can we go slowly?”
He hold my hand and started cherishing it:
“Of course, baby.”

He took me to Eden Hill and we arranged to have lunch together the next day. I kissed his cheek, and was going to say ‘goodbye’ and left the car when I suddenly said:
“... Do you wanna come up?”
Now he was totally confused!
He took my hand in his again and said:
“Are you sure of that, baby?”
“Yeah, I don’t know when will be here and I’m scared of being alone in a totally unknown place.”
He gave me another one of his perfect smiles, and left the car with me.

Hmm, you have an idea of what happened upstairs, don’t you??
We couldnt deny anymore what we were feeling, and what I remember is that I saw myself with my back against the wall, and was staring at me with his wonderful eyes. I also remember he whispering in my ear:
“Baby, I’m so badly in love with you...”

There was nothing else to say, cause what we were feeling for each other was beyond the words.

He came closer to me and when our lips touched I felt that ‘butterflies in the stomach’. He started caressing my cheeks tenderly and oooooh it was so good! Well, after that kiss, came another one, and another one and another one....

And after so many kisses, you can imagine what came after don’t you?? Haha. One word to describe?? PERFECT.

But it all happened four years ago... How’s life now?
& are engaged and soon they’ll get married! They love each other the same way they loved in the beginning… No, I’m lying: they love each other more. And now when I’m with them, they talk to me, haha.

Me and ?
Actually, this is the night before our wedding... Yeah, can you believe it? Cause I don’t... And each day I love him more and more and I deep inside my heart I know he feels this way too...

So, I just wrote today to let you know that true love exists. Maybe you havent found it yet, but never give up, it is somewhere, just waiting the right moment to show up... And don’t be scared to let it in your heart....

You’ll have your own story of love, like me and have. Our started that summer day in Sligo and, oh I’m sure of that....
We’ll last forever.
